Women’s Rugby Launches @BRFC

From the 7th of November we will be running weekly training on Tuesday evenings under the floodlights with a strength and conditioning fitness session by FitWorks followed by fun games in a friendly atmosphere. Please come along and join a session if you are interested in playing rugby. No previous experience is needed!
Food will be provided and the bar will be open for everyone that comes to training.
