Description of the exercise: Arm extension with bent knees on the floor (exercise video C0030 Upper body & Arms

Intention of the exercise: This exercise will strengthen your arms - and chest muscles. If you do the exercise correct and more than 10 repetitions, you can start doing it by standing on your legs instead of your knees.

This exercise requires a strong core.

Regardless of the sport, is it always important with a strong core. Exercises that strengthen your muscles from gluteus (butt muscle) up to your shoulders is important core training.

How to do the exercise: Focus on correct body posture, to keep your hips straight.
