Cheltenham YMCA Basketball — Community and Competitive Basketball

About Cheltenham YMCA Basketball

Cheltenham YMCA Basketball is a friendly, inclusive club offering basketball for all ages and abilities. We focus on coaching, competitive fixtures, and social sessions that bring players together from the local community. Whether you are new to the sport or looking to develop advanced skills, the club provides structured training, weekly practices, and opportunities to play in local leagues and tournaments.

Club size and structure

The club has grown into a close-knit organisation with around 50 members across several teams, including youth and adult squads. Our teams cater to a mix of recreational players and those who want a more competitive environment. Volunteer coaches and supportive parents help create a positive atmosphere focused on player development, teamwork, and enjoyment of the sport.
