Horwich Leisure Centre ASC is a community-focused swimming club offering competitive and recreational programmes for all ages. With around 150 members across roughly a dozen teams and squads, the club provides structured coaching, swim technique clinics, Masters sessions, junior development, and regular gala participation. Training takes place at local pool facilities with experienced coaches who emphasise technique, fitness, and sportsmanship.

Our Activities and Coaching

The club runs a broad programme that suits beginners right through to competitive swimmers. Activities include learn-to-swim pathways, squad training, stroke development, fitness swims, and age-group competition preparation. Coaches work to national standards and prioritise safe, progressive development so swimmers can set and reach personal and competitive goals.
