FAQ

How do I create a parent profile?

Why should I have a parent profile?

- Manage your children's profiles on SportMember with a single login in your own name (parent's name)

- Keep your own access and profile for the team(s) or club(s) you (the parent) are in

- Divorcing families give mother and father each a parent profile to manage the children's profiles

- Associate unlimited number of children to your parent profile

- You can access the child's profile, but the child can NOT access your parent profile

- The association your children are in can communicate directly with you (the parent) without the child's profile

If I, as a parent, do NOT already have a profile on SportMember

Open Profile settings on your child's SportMember profile

  1. Press at the top right
  2. Press PROFILE SETTINGS
  3. Press Parent Profile
  4. Go to Create parent profile
  5. Enter all the details of the new parent profile
  6. Finish with the green button Create

Your new parent profile will now be associated with your child's profile.

Log off your child's profile and log in with your new parent profile and you will now be able to manage your child's profile in one

If you are logged in correctly as a parent, you will see this screen:

When as a parent I am already on SportMember

If you (the parent) already have a SportMember profile and want to add the child's profile to yours, you should instead add a profile to yours. This way you will have a parent profile.

You (the parent) will keep access to your own teams/club on SportMember, but will now also have access to the child's SportMember profile with one login in your (the parent's) name.
