🏆 Naas Girls Help KDUL Dominate at Galway Cup

The club would like to congratulate our six girls who were part of the incredible KDUL U13 win last weekend at the Galway Cup. They are; Alexandra, Amelia, Bella, Faye, Kate and Rosie.

The team finished top of their group, playing out a goalless draw with their first opponents, Cavan / Monaghan and going on to beat Limerick Desmond and Claremorris AFC. In the semi final they dispatched Roscommon comfortably to set up another meeting with Cavan / Monaghan in the final.

The final was another tough game, but the girls prevailed with a final 2-0 score line, with our own Kate bagging the first goal. Incredibly the team went the entire tournament without conceding a single goal. What an achievement.

We are so proud of the girls for all their efforts across the week. They have really done their families and their club proud. 👏
