Sherburn White Rose FC Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Sherburn White Rose FC Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 1 October 2026 at 7.00pm at Eversley Park, Sherburn in Elmet.

The meeting will cover the usual AGM business, including an update on the club, the club’s finances and plans for the year ahead.

The AGM will also include the formal ratification of the club’s change to a Community Interest Company (CIC).

All committee positions are up for re-election at the AGM. The key roles to be elected and ratified are:

Club Chairperson

Club Secretary

Club Treasurer

Welfare Officer

If you would like to nominate yourself for any of the above roles, your nomination must be submitted in writing and supported by a proposer and seconder, both of whom must be club members.

For the role of Club Chairperson, nominees must also have had a minimum of three years’ involvement with the club.

All nominations must be submitted by 7.00pm on Tuesday 29 September 2026 to [email protected].

All club members are welcome and encouraged to attend. This includes senior players and parents/guardians of registered junior players.

For voting purposes, senior players have one vote and parents/guardians of junior players are entitled to one vote for each registered junior player they represent.

The form asks for your name, your connection to the club and, where applicable, the name of the junior member you are attending on behalf of.
