Scope of the European Football Academy Services
The European Football Academy provides several services in addition to our academy training/playing memberships such as 1on1 training, football camps & parties as well as international camps;

These extraordinary services are charged separately from the club training/playing memberships and paid upfront and as you go.

Academy Memberships (for training/playing as part of our teams) Terms

• All academy players fees apply from Sept 2023 to July 2024 (whether covered in monthly, termly or annual payments) - applicable only to players under a training membership;
• Whenever your membership must be interrupted before the end of the season (cancellation or suspension), we require a x30 days’ notice for cancellation/suspension of the membership submitted at: Cancellation/Suspension Request Form.
  Failure in doing so, will result in being charged for the fees applicable to the following 30 days.
• If a suspension is triggered (applicable for x3 months max.), the academy will charge a re-joining fee of £50 to resume the previous membership;
• If a cancellation is triggered and the player/parent decided to return in the following months, the player's acceptance in the academy must be determined via trial as any other new player;
• Skipping outstanding fees (max. x7 days from invoicing date) will result in an additional £10 penalty fee for every week that the payment remains outstanding (added to the amended invoice). Player participation will also be restricted;
• When outstanding fees are unsettled, the academy reserves the right to withhold any items purchased through the academy’s shop until the situation is resolved;
• All outstanding fees must be settled within x14 days of the first invoice. Failure in meeting this requirement will result in indefinite exclusion from practices and matches;
