AGM Draft Agenda & Nominations update

Our AGM will be held on Tuesday 20 October and all club members are invited. A number of committee roles are up for renewal this year, at the October AGM. Many of the Committee are standing again with the following nominations already received :
Chairperson – Serena Field
Treasurer – Jo Gibbs
Ladies Captain – Bel Noyes
Men’s Captain - Adele Reynolds, and Dave Fassam
Junior Coordinator – Julie Thomson
Membership Secretary – Chris Coker
Safety Officer
Welfare Officer - Nicky Booth
Bosun - Paul Callaghan
Marketing Officer – Alina Staravache
Social captain - Michelle Bailey
Head Coxswain – Gary Hancock
As there are multiple candidates, for Mens Captain a secret ballot will be opened on SportMember ahead of the AGM. Statements from both candidates will be published and the secret ballot will close at the AGM
If anyone else is interested in standing can you please let me know asap.
Any proposals for discussion or voting at the AGM should be received by 13th October
AGM Draft Agenda
- The Committee will present a report of the work over the year;
- The Committee will present the accounts of the Club made up to the 31st March immediately preceding the AGM;
- The officers and Committee for the next year will be elected; and
- Any proposals given to the Secretary at least 7 days in advance of the meeting will be discussed
