AGM September 2025

I hereby give notice that the Football Club AGM will be held on Wednesday 17th September at Sherburn White Rose Sports and Social Club at 7.15pm.

Any proposals to change the rules or constitutional arrangements of the club need to be proposed and seconded by members by Monday 15th September.

If you would like to nominate yourself for any of the following key roles, this must be submitted in writing with a proposer and seconder (both have to be members)
For the chair role, you must have had a minimum of 3 years involvement with the club.

The roles as always to be assigned and ratified are:

Club Chairperson
Club Secretary
Club Treasurer
Welfare Officer

If you are keen to help to steer the club forward and want to get more involved, please consider stepping onto the committee and the AGM is a perfect
