Important Club Information - Please Read

Hi all members,

I will try and keep this short and sweet.

- Group and Personal Photos:

The club and committee, do not take responsibility over any photos taken by or of club members.

If you, or a junior under your watch, do not want the potentiality of a photo being on the internet, then we urge you to not go in front of the camera, and the same for a junior, where it is reasonably practical.

This is aimed at the group photos, such as after parkrun, as many people do then add this photo to their personal Strava.

In the case of individual photos taken, please check with the people focused in that picture for their consent prior to sharing a photo.

- Membership Renewal:

For the majority of members, your membership renewal was due on the 1st January. You should have received emails from SportMember regarding this.

Many people have auto renewal turned on, and as such, you do not need to worry.

However, if you can please check that you have your membership. This can be done via the SportMember app or website.

After the end of January, we will start removing anyone who is no longer a member from all of the club systems, to be in line with GDPR regulations.
