Important: Disable Automatic Payments on SportMember

Dear parents and guardians,

The club strongly discourages clicking the Automatic payments option when making payments on SportMember.

Turning on this feature gives SportMember permission to take future payments directly from your bank card without additional approval. As a club, we want all members to stay in full control of when and how payments are made.

We have asked SportMember to disable this setting for our members, but they tell us that members must disable it themselves.

Therefore, we encourage everyone to check whether any bank card details are saved in SportMember. To do this:

1. Go to www.sportmember.co.uk on a computer (not on a phone)
2. Click your profile in the top-right corner to open the drop-down menu.
3. Select the settings icon next to your parent name.
4. Under Subscriptions and Payments, choose Membership Fee.
5. If a bank card is displayed, click Delete card to remove it.
