PGRC Constitution Update 2026
I have reviewed the PGRC constitution and I am recommending 5 changes this year. The changes are highlighted in red and are as follows:
a) adding a reference to our own safeguarding policy at 6.0 and 6.3,
b) requiring Junior Coxswains to be DBS checked at 6.2,
c) clarifying the secret ballot at 9.2.
d) adding the Your Coordinator role as a committee role at 9.18 ,
e) expressing a quorum as a minimum of 5 members at 10.21
