How do I pay for my membership via SportMember?

Membership fee on SportMember

- Pay membership fees to the association directly via your SportMember app with credit card


- Payment can be made via app, computer, mobile browser or tablet


- Secure payment, no chance to enter wrong amount


- Your association can choose to block you from registering for matches/training if you have NOT paid your membership fee on time


- Your association decides whether the administration fee is added to the price or whether the association covers the cost


You will receive a membership fee by email.

You can access the payment page of your membership fee in three different ways:

  1. From the overview on your SportMember app (see picture) by pressing "Pay"
  2. Via the payment link in your email inbox
  3. Via Profile settings in your SportMember app and then Payment overview and finally Pay on the specific outstanding amount


Outstanding payments are shown with a red box. Pay by clicking "Pay".


On the payment page you will see information for the subscription price, any administration fee, bank note and conditions that you MUST accept.

The payment itself can be made by Visa/MasterCard

Pay by debit card

  1. Press Go to payment
  2. Enter card details
  3. Then press Pay

  • TIP: We recommend that you tick "Automatically withdraw subsequent payments from my card" if you expect to continue in the association and want to make payment easy and automatic. Once you are withdrawn from the club, the automatic payouts will stop on their own.


Note: The association may decide that card details should always be stored and automatically deducted next time.

Open Profile Settings and Payment Overview

  1. Press  in the top right corner
  2. Press  PROFILE SETTINGS
  3. Press  Payment overview
  4. View/select specific payment receipt and view proof of attendance


Note: If the amount is in green, it means that the payment has been made. If you have not paid your subscription, the amount is in grey.



Payment via parent profile

If you have a parent profile, and therefore access to your child/children's profiles, you can of course pay your child's membership fee on SportMember via your own login.

Note: The child's outstanding membership fee does NOT appear on your parent profile. Remember to switch over to your child's profile by going to at the top right and selecting your child's initials/profile picture to pay.

  • If you wish, add your (parent's) email address to the child's profile so that you are notified as soon as the fee is due
