NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
All parents of players under the age of 18, adult players and team/club officials are considered to be voting members of Garforth villa Football Club. This is a notice to all voting members of our Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held virtually by Zoom in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and the Company’s articles of association, on Sunday 5 July 2026 at 6.00pm.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
As per the Memorandum and Articles of Association all directors and board members will resign at the AGM. This will be followed by an election for Chairman, Vice Chairman, Club Secretary, Treasurer, Welfare Officer, Elected Director (Football Development Manager).
We can confirm that Simon Pinkney, Football Development Officer, is not seeking re-election.
