Race Report - 25 mile TT
Marc Cox picked up another TT win on yet another cold, windy and wet Sunday morning. Heavy overnight rain left standing water on parts of the course, while the strong north-westerly crosswind saw even experienced riders DNS on the start line.
He clocked a relatively sedate 55:37, albeit on a road bike, ahead of Grand Veteran Aaron Bailey (56:44) and Veteran Alex Margison (58:47) as only three riders went under the hour mark in the tough conditions. Jamy Petit-Fulgoni was again fastest Lady in 1:05:38.
In the concurrent U14 10 mile TT Remi Le Compte came in fastest in 30:57, followed by Bailey Smalldon in 31:28 and Harry Manning in 32:24.
