What. A. Week. 💥🐻
This half term, North Norfolk Judo Club turned out in full force at the BJC Cromer National Course – and what a phenomenal showing it was. With 21 of our judoka stepping onto the mat across the week, we could not be prouder. 💪✨
We are so lucky to have such a brilliant national event right on our doorstep – a huge thank you and congratulations to the organisers and coaches who worked tirelessly to make it all happen. You gave it everything, and we are grateful for your passion, commitment, and organisation. 🙌
The week brought blood, sweat, and a few tears (mainly Sensei Matt – it has been emotional!) – but more than anything, it brought hard work, resilience, friendship, and some truly epic grading results (which we’ll be celebrating at the club this week… watch this space!). 🥋🎉
Massive shoutout to our fabulous quiz team “Wuh Luh Wuh”, who stormed into third place – and were absolutely robbed of victory. You were hilarious and brilliant in equal measure. 🤓🧠
Well done to every single NNJC judoka who gave it their all this week –
Findlay, Konrad, Sebby, Arlo, Max, William, Matt, Matt, Moses, Penelope, Sam, Theo, Paddy, Poppy, Hope, William, Jack, Honey, Mila, Oliver, and Tom – you made us proud beyond words.
Next up: Club Championships! Time to get your entries in, dig out something delicious for the bake sale, or raid the Christmas drinks cupboard for the raffle. 🍰🍷🎁
