U9 Rosso 4-3 win against Ammers Blue.

1st half was a little disappointing for me, as l felt the team had more to give, this is not because of the quality but lack of effort at times to defend and help the team. We had a talk about it and the players responded brilliantly, looking like a different team in the 2nd & 3rd half.
From Going 2-0 down, we pulled it back leading 3-2 in the 3rd half. Through brilliant individual moments, good team play and desire to win 1v1 duels.
Moments after leading, they scored from a free kick. But the boys kept showing that fight & desire and all their hard work was rewarded with a late winner from Ethan.
Overall, I’m really proud of the players reaction, effort and teamwork in the 2nd & 3rd half, getting their rewards at the end for sticking together, giving 100% effort and working as a team.
