RP U9 NL 2025/2026 (Regents Park League) - LSS Red

ill start this off by saying it was some of you players first match of the season, but with this it allows for me to know what we need to improve on.

formation: 2-3-1

negatives: our build up needs work as the decision making wasn't there. for example players would be passing the ball without looking or players wouldn't come back to help in the build and just run away. wingers weren't dropping back to support in defence, players not sticking to positions and doing their own thing.

positives: the striker pressing was good leading the opponents players into more congested areas. the goalkeeping today was excellent just unfortunate the score line doesn't reflect that?

in terms of what we are going to work on, we will be looking at the basics so a lot of 1v1s and 2v2s so players can get more comfortable in these situations.
