Boys U12 (2014) Prem - Rathangan AFC White
An eventful morning down in Rathangan!
As we were arriving at Rathangan AFC Canal Rd, we got a phone call to say that the match was off due to the ref having Covid.
So we decided to play a friendly to not waste the 30 minute trip down.
Our boys showed up on the pitch this morning 💪🏼
We played some great soccer, playing wide, pace, great defending and lots of passing play.
Our team played the game, kept the team work up and made us so proud.
We were the better team without a doubt, the scoreline did not reflect that.
Thank you to the Rathangan coach that did "referee" the match this morning! (Who knew one team could have that many frees given against them! And 2 penalties!)
Thank you to the boys parents as always for travelling.
