Girls U12's Wildcats - Stratford Town

First home game of the season for Wildcats and first league win vs Stratford town.

A good team performance and a new shape to start the game with Rosie playing centre-back in a new defensive setup and 2 players upfront to put pressure on the Stratford defence. Some brilliant finishes on display - in particular Isabelle’s opener into the far corner and Ava’s half volley from Imogen’s freekick delivery! 👏

Our setup from goal kicks is still causing us problems - if we can fix that we’ll be a lot more solid at the back, fortunately in the meantime we know we always score a lot of goals!

Every team looks a bit inconsistent so far in Division 1. We’re 3 points off top position with a game in hand.
