We didn't have 11 players today, we had 11 warriors out there, probably our best performance of the season playing a new system of 3/4/3 against a team who haven't lost all season and have won the league with ease, to be 2-1 up with 15 mins to go was a great achievement, but I new we would tire eventually in this heat and only having 11 but also with there WBA academy players passing the ball about the way they can, but we never gave up, were so proud of the lads, there two goals shouldn't of been goals as you can't score directly from a throw in and for there 2nd goal we were making a sub at the time, but he's a young ref so, it is what it is, it's just a shame as the lads deserved something from the game.

The new system worked well and they all took there new rolls on perfectly 👍.

Parents man of the match was Arian he's been great for us this year, it's a tough position goalkeeper, he made some crucial saves and came out numerous times to stop them breaking through, his distribution has improved so much to 👏.

My man of the match was Archie, he's had an injury hit season and it's been tough getting his fitness back, he played as the third centre back today a new roll for him and his first full game in a long time, he hardly put a foot wrong and got himself an assist to go with it.

Couple of shout outs

Sushi's energy, pace and power in midfield was massive today, chasing down every ball, getting the tackles in and played some good football when got the chance.

Rohan today was immense in his new roll in this system, playing as the deeper midfielder he got some great tackles in and a real crunching tackle which saved a goal in the area 💪 and lets not forget his banging free kick 👏

This is the kind of performance I know this team has got in them, we just need to be more consistent with these performances, for there coach to say if we play like that next season we will get promoted says a lot I know they're probably disappointed as I am, that they got no points from the game today, but what they did get was a load of confidence to take in to next season 💪🏆
