Razor FC Youth u13 - Norton League - Stratton United

Another entertaining, high scoring game where the end scoreline didn't reflect how evenly matched the two teams were. We started a little shakey with Stratton's big looping balls giving them an early lead. We eventually started to deal with it and Rocco commanded his box excellently. Even though Stratton were in the lead by two goals, we never let our heads go down and on many occasions were only a pass away from breaking through. Coming in at half time 3 nil down was difficult to take but the boys rallied. We were rewarded with a goal early in the second half. An excellent opportunity taken well from Charlie. Stratton looked a little stunned. The positivity started to flow which lead to a lot more chances for us and a couple more goals. This didn't stop a strong Stratton scoring from our corner. In the end it wasn't to be and Stratton were the victors in a 6-3 win. Enjoy the wins boys and scratch the losses off as quickly as possible. We go again next week.
