U12 Blacks 26/27 - AC1

Evening All.

The boys were very impressive today, and a great way to start their season. Right from the start they were on the front foot and our midfield 3 controlled the first 2 quarters, and so we got a stranglehold on the match and were able to play some very good football. The boys work rate throughout was superb, and I never felt at anytime they took their foot off the pedal. We were defensively very solid and organised, our midfield controlled the match, and we were explosive in attack. Every player contributed and what was evident is when changes were made, the quality didn't drop. Great start to a season, in which I have high hopes for. As I said to them at the end, they have set a high bar today, and the aim is to maintain it - then better it.
