Girls U12 Prem (2013) - Kilcock

Match Report: Kilcock vs Naas girls prem u12
Another excellent win from the Naas girls, they are on great run of 4 wins on the bounce now with their 1st away win.
Kilcock started the brighter of the 2 sides and had a couple of early openings that was cut out by the ever reliable defence of Faye and Alex. Lauren although did not have much to do in terms of shot stopping for the afternoon was excellent with her distribution from out the back. Alana started the game at right back and was brillant in this position, breaking up play and getting the ball forward.
Naas started to get control of the game, with Amelia and Rosie looking dangerous upfront and on the right. The Kilcock keeper produced a string of good saves. Evie was threat on the left wing.
With the first half a close affair, Naas broke the deadlock with debutant Katie Malone driving into the box and winning a penalty. An excellent finish from Naas captain Kate sent the girls on their way for the afternoon, 1-0 Naas.
2nd Half, Naas were fully in control of the game with Sara and Kate dominating midfield. Grace was excellent in defence playing both right back, nothing got past her for the afternoon. Naas went 2 nil ahead, with a great breakaway from Kate to slot home a tidy finish.2-0 Naas. Naas had more chances with Kate unlucky not to get a hatrick. Evie and Rosie seen efforts go wide. Both Sara and Amelia were denied with stops by the Kilcock keeper. In the end Katie popped up with another goal to seal the win for Naas. 3-0 nil Naas. Won't see a better debut.
Great performance from the girl's, they are really on roll and you feel their is even more to come here.
Fantastic work all!!!
