U13 Blacks v Sproatley

It was a tense and hard-fought match for the U13s Blacks this weekend as they faced a well-organised and direct Sproatley. The opening stages were evenly matched, with both sides battling for control in midfield, with our defence standing strong against the direct play into the big no.9.

After an even first three quarters we challenged the players to win the game, the boys came out with renewed energy and determination. The breakthrough finally came with goals from the excellent Lucas M and LDubz.

It was a fantastic display of resilience, teamwork, and belief — a perfect example of never giving up. After a cagey start, the U13s showed real quality and composure to finish the game in style.
