U13 Yellows - Worksop Town

Another challenging pitch made playing football difficult. However, that didn't stop the boys from trying, and especially in the last two quarters played some great combinations in the final third and created some great chances.

Unfortunately we gave away an early goal, and after working hard to level the game we conceded another sloppy goal within 5 minutes, leaving ourselves with an uphill battle.

But, credit to the boys for continuing to play and work hard in challenging circumstances, and they deserve all the credit for equalizing, and then persisting to score the winner in the final minute of the game.

The boys showed great spirit and it is great to see them evolve as a team as the weeks go by.
