Razor FC Youth u13 - Norton League - Wells City

A great performance from the boys where the scoreline reflected the teams performance from start to finish. We started strong and were in Wells' half for most of the first half. Any attack they had was quickly snuffed out and turned into our attacking opportunity. Parker linked up well with our attacking players on both flanks. Although our first goal was from Wells scoring in their own net, we had plenty of chances and were unlucky to be only two up at the end of the first half.

The second half continued the same as the first and for a time we seemed to have Wells penned in with plenty of chances for us to score. Our midfield players battling hard and linking up well with our wide men.

We didn't have it all our own way though, and Wells had few oppertunities as we started to tire. A few long balls over the top asked questions of our defence but most were dealt with comfortably. Sam's decision making was spot on; tearing off his line with a big shout and clearing balls confidently.

An entertaining game to watch with a well- deserved 4-1 victory.
