European Football Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. Our Services

• Academy Membership
  Includes regular team training and match play, available to accepted players only.

• Additional Services
  Includes one‑to‑one coaching, football camps, parties, and international trips.
  – These services are open to both members and non-members.
  – They are charged separately and must be paid in advance.

2. Membership Fees & Payments

• Joining Fee
  A one-off joining fee applies to all new academy players. It covers the full mandatory academy kit (training wear, match kit, tracksuit, jumper, and backpack).
  – This fee does not apply to players attending only football camps or private sessions.

• Payment Plans
  Academy fees may be paid in one of the following ways:

  1. Monthly – standard rate

  2. Termly – discounted vs. monthly

  3. Annually – best value overall

• League Fees
  Where applicable, league participation may carry an additional seasonal fee.

3. Cancelling or Suspending Membership

• Suspending Membership
  Membership may be paused for up to 3 months.

  – A £50 re‑joining fee may apply when resuming after a suspension (unreasonable motive and/or after the max. expected return due date).

• Cancelling Membership
  Cancellations also require at least 30 days' notice via the Cancellation/Suspension Form: https://europeanfootball.acade....
  – Players who cancel and wish to return must complete a new trial and be accepted again.

4. Payment Terms & Late Fees

• Payment Due
  All invoices must be paid within 7 days of being issued (via Sportmember).
  – A late fee of £10 per week will be added if payment is overdue.

• Outstanding Fees
  – Training, matches, and kit orders will be suspended if fees remain unpaid.
  – If an invoice is unpaid for more than 14 days, the player’s membership will be paused indefinitely.

5. Shop & Kit Orders

• No kit or shop items will be handed out until all outstanding payments have been settled in full.

6. Invoicing & Communication

• All invoices and important updates are delivered through Sportmember.
  – Please ensure notifications are enabled.
