NW Lionesses vs 1874 Northwich

Next Match: 

Northwest Lionesses Over 40's Walking Football teams will host 1874 Northwich at the Heath School in Runcorn. On Thursday 18th April. Kickoff will be at 7pm and we ask all players involved to arrive at the venue at least 20 mins before for a warm up and team talk.

1874 Northwich  walking football team are a strong experienced league and cup winning side from Cheshire. 

The friendly will be a great test for the 1st and Development teams to work together for the first time on a competitive level and give them an insight of the top tier. Over the last few weeks all NW Lionesses have show great improvement technically, physically and come together as a team. 

The outcomes of the friendly are just to have fun, get use to the new playing styles, formations and learning the walking football rules. 

It will be a great starter match before we compete in the Cheshire Festival on Sunday 21st April, and a chance for the coaches to get a clearer understanding of players abilities.

Team Line-up's will be released on Weds 17th April 

All players MUST bring shin pads, appropriate footwear and refreshments for the evening.  If you require any further info contact your coaches in the online chat on Sport Member.
