Constitution Amendments and Updates

Following some feedback I have updated the changes proposed and these are seconded by Julie Thomson

I have reviewed the PGRC constitution and I am recommending 6 changes this year. The changes are highlighted in red and are as follows:

a) adding a reference to our own safeguarding policy at 6.0 and 6.3,

b) requiring Junior Coxswains to be DBS checked at 6.2,

c) clarifying the secret ballot at 9.2 and 10.11

d) adding the Your Coordinator role as a committee role at 9.18 ,

e) expressing a quorum as a minimum of 5 members at 10.21

These changes will be formally proposed at the AGM for members to vote upon
