Hayley and Leanne in action

Two of our ladies were in action and Derwent Reservoir at the weekend.

Hayley Matthews was competing in the Aquabike race, finishing 1st lady in a time of 1:13:33, with a fast swim time of 17:43 on an apparently long course, and an eventful and tough bike ride of 53:51.

Leanne Smith raced the standard distance triathlon, finishing 9th in her category, on a very tough and testing course, her overall finishing time of3:40:25, Leanne’s splits were…. Swim 48:50, Cycle 1:39:32 and Run 1:09:08. A great effort on this course.
