Rising Hope Cobras (Year 9 Sept 2024) - Higham Town Lancasters

very bumpy pitch created a very chaotic first half. A mix up in defence as Higham ran clear created the first goal of the game.

The half went on and Rising began to grow into the game trying to get their passing game going. But the pitch didn't really allow us to have a good touch and dribble too much with the ball.

2nd half started well and Rising created quite a few half chances without really testing the keeper. Some excellent defending and strong tackling from Higham kept the Cobras at bay. Last minute of the game and a dodgy penalty was awarded to Rising. Unfortunately it was straight down the keepers throat and he also had the reflexes to pull off an excellent 2nd save from the on rushing Cole.
