A promising start to our friendly schedule saw Calcio Select U13's comeback from 5-2 down to snatch a draw at 5-5.

A draw was the least we deserved as we controlled possession for much of the game, demonstrating composure and creativity to produce a number of high quality chances. Out of possession we pressed high and with intensity, something we expect from our squads at Calcio.

The chemistry among the players grew as the match progressed, especially in midfield where Joel, Jack, Charlie and Matty Billman demonstrated excellent link up play to produce breakthrough moments. A special mention to our new Goalie Isaac who made some athletic saves and commanded his box really well.
