U16 Calcio Talent and Select - U16 Yorkshire RTC

An amazing opportunity for our players to be playing at this ground. The atmosphere felt completely different before the game as the players were excited for the game. I asked the players to use this excitement to their advantage.

I felt like every single player whether they started or were on the bench positively affected the game. Each player gave everything on the pitch & despite the poor behaviour from the opposition, stayed professional and battled on. We were much better at competing and matching the opposition physically. We rode our luck at times but got a deserved winner with some excellent composure from Finn.

The boys should all be proud of that performance & result. I have always known they have that in them, the players just need to bring it out of themselves.
