We all know the problem when there’s uncertainty about who has booked the hall or pitch. That’s why SportMember has developed a complete booking system by popular demand.
The system can be used by any club or association that has resources members or guests can book — such as courts, boats, rooms, or training sessions.
Avoid hassle and confusion
With SportMember Booking, club management can easily see who has booked, when, and whether payment has been made.
The club can create its resources (e.g. a badminton court or a boat) and set up a calendar showing when each resource can be booked, and by whom.
The booking overview provides a clear view of all bookings, cancellations, and available times, making administration simple and transparent.
Who can book and when?
The system allows you to define exactly who can book a resource and when.
For example, a badminton court might only be available to senior members in the morning, while all members can book it from noon onwards — and perhaps non-members can book it on Fridays at a higher price.
With price plans and price groups, it’s easy to create the perfect setup for your club.
You might, for instance, create a price plan called Morning, where only senior members can book, and another called Evening, where senior members can still book for £10, while other members pay £20 per booking.
Open Booking and cancellation rules
Clubs can enable Open Booking to make specific activities or resources available for non-members directly through the club’s website.
Go to Booking → Price plans, and under Member/Team reservation, select Open booking.
You can also add a cancellation deadline for bookings.
Go to Booking → Cancellation terms in your club settings, and set how many days, hours, or minutes before start a booking can be canceled.

Booking via app
When it’s time to book a resource, members can easily do so through the SportMember app — as long as they meet the club’s booking criteria.
The app also provides a quick overview of existing bookings and available slots.
With the SportMember app, members can always quickly book an available time and access an overview of the bookings they have already made.
The booking calendar can also be integrated directly into the club’s website, so members and guests can book from there as well.
