U12 Orange - Chapelsfield Colts
A Close game today against Chapelsfield Colts.
Leamington Brakes started the game well, dominating the midfield and finding their passes.
We looked threatening down the wings and it was a great run and cross front Finlay down the right that fell to Seb inside the box, who controlled and placed the ball superbly into the right hand corner of the net for a great goal. We continued to play on the front foot and some great work from Seb set up Fin G for a nice finish to put us 2-0 up at the break.
Chapelsfield reorganised after the break and started to get on top, particularly in midfield and soon got back into the game with a good finish. Despite conceding again, we continued to battle and Bledi made some fantastic covering challenges to prevent further goals. Chapelsfield continued their push and got their noses in front. The game finished 3-2, a tough game for the lads but lots of positives to take into the next game.

Charlie deserves the values trophy for being there for his team mates, offering consolation and positivity throughout the game 🙌
Our POTM is Seb, he had a great game getting up and down the wing and was involved in both of our goals, scoring one and setting up the other đź‘Ź
