Razor FC Youth u13 - Avon League - Mangotsfield

Bit of a shock to the system today after having things our own way for the majority of the season. Massive credit to Mangotsfield who played a lot better than their results this season suggest. Strong and determined in defence and dangerous up top they made our lives hell today! At times it looked like we were taking control but they kept reminding us we were in a game and Sam kept us in the game with a string of fine saves. We weren't helped by a string of injuries throughout the game which meant lots of subs and positional changes but overall I think a draw was the right result. Great to see the boys score from a corner too. We love a set piece goal but it hasn't happened direct from a corner that much this season. Perfect ball in from Arlo, and a great header from Elijah.

Still unbeaten which is a positive to take into next week's County Cup game V Hutton.

My man of the match was Sam, kept us in the goal with some excellent saves.
