**Match Report: Leamington Brakes vs. Cov Phoenix**
What a match we witnessed against Cov Phoenix. The game started with a slower pace from the Brakes, as Cov Phoenix controlled the midfield, passing the forward well. They opened the scoring with a well-taken shot from the edge of the box. Just eight minutes later, they doubled their lead with a stunning goal from outside the area.
Despite being under pressure, our goalkeeper, Teddy, made crucial saves that kept us in the game. The halftime talk was all about sticking to our training, focusing on passing, and staying composed. With halftime changes, Camello came on as the goalkeeper, allowing Teddy to play outfield.
The Brakes showed resilience and started to get into rhythm. The defence held strong, the midfield began to win battles, and the attackers looked threatening. Thirteen minutes into the second half, Camellos route one goal kick, and Oleg's perfectly timed run left him one-on-one with the goalie. Oleg seized his chance with precision, shifting the game's momentum in our favour. The comeback was on.
Leamington continued to apply pressure, forcing saves from their keeper and creating opportunities from corners. Fin G delivered an excellent set piece, leading to either a direct goal or a tap-in from Oleg. With persistent pressure, another corner gave Fin the chance to find the top corner with a beautifully struck ball. The game concluded with a thrilling 3-3 draw.
