What an outstanding game of football. The boys can count themselves unlucky not to have walked away from that game with a draw after playing out of their skins in the second half. The boys started the game well and caused Boko all sorts of problems and deservedly took the lead through Mr Marvelly. As the half went on Boko started to come into the game and deservedly got 2 goals although they both c

ame from lapses in concentration on our part. We had fallen apart a little bit, the calm composed play of the first 15 minutes vanished and Boko seemed to want it just that little bit more. A good talking to at half time and a couple of positional tweaks reinvigorated the boys and they all played out of their skin in the second half. Each player put in 110% and really wanted to get that equaliser.. just HOW Rheons shot didn't cross the line I don't know, but what a performance. If the boys play like that every week they will storm the division. Worth mentioning that Boko had a mix of division 1 and division 3 players today so were extremely strong so it shows the type of level our boys are playing at currently. Very happy with what I saw today and couldn't care less about the result.

My man of the match was Ralphy, I asked him to drop into the wing back role In the second half to combat the threat of one of their most dangerous players who has ran teams I've coached ragged over the years and I'm pretty sure Ralphy won that battle tonight. Class.
