RP U12 NL 2025/2026 (Regents Park League) - Arsenal Community
It was an overall good performance from the team. Despite having a weaker squad than we would've liked, the boys showed great determination to go out there and play.
1st half was not great, with the opposing team having most of the chances but our defence holding on decently and nullifying a lot of the attacks. We scored first really early on but then conceded 3 and mainly defended and attempted some counter attacks.
2nd half was extremely good. I switched the tactic around, put on a more offensive formation and started playing on the wings a lot more. We controlled most of the half, created the better chances throughout, and were unlucky to only score one goal, coming from a brilliant long range free kick. We were however more open at the back as a result of our press, and we got scored on quite late, which basically closed the match.
Overall I was very proud with how the boys played, and hopefully they are happy with their performance as well. Sometimes the ball simply doesn't want to go in, and we gotta deal with it next time. Good job everyone.

Brilliant defensive performance, very solid in duels, intelligent in his interceptions, and very useful for starting our attacks.
