Girls U12's Wildcats - Kingshurst Pavilions

A tough day for U12 Wildcats as we travelled to Kingshurst for our second away league game of the season.

With only 9 players making the journey we were forced to swap several players into unfamiliar positions and a nightmare opening 15 minutes saw the home team already wrap the game up with 4 goals and us on course for a big hammering.

Credit to our 9 players though because despite the circumstances they gave it everything they had, getting a goal back just before half time. Talk of a 5-4 turnaround at halftime didn’t materialise but we were perhaps a bit unlucky in the second half not to have grabbed a couple more goals.

A match that will be remembered for a lot of courage shown and the worst refereeing performance we have ever seen.

Final score 6-1.
