Girls U11's Lionesses - Alvechurch

An unfortunate lose for the girls to a strong side.

We battled well in the first half creating lots of chances and putting our bodies on the line to defend and block shots from the opposition.

A well competed first half saw us get a goal and keep the score down.

We had low numbers today and this was felt on the pitch. The second half saw tired legs and a reduction in energy and pressure. This allowed the opposition to play through us more and create more chances for themselves.

Sadly the game ended in defeat, the girls put in a good shift and know where they can improve for next week

An excellent performance though and lots of positives to take from it.
