U14 Calcio Talent & Select - Guiseley

We had a bright start to the game dominating especially in the first 20 minutes. The opposition did have a few chances however an outstanding clearance from Charlie kept the game at 0-0.

Our first goal came from some great play down the right hand side resulting in a penalty which Ted converted. From then the chances kept coming. We then made it 2 goals in a few minutes both coming from Jack. In the first half I thought our pressing and bravery on the ball was excellent. We then ended the first half with an great finish from Matthew Bilmen to make it 4.

Second half we let the opposition get back into the game and made it very hard work. However we didn't give up even when they had the momentum and still tried to make chances happen. A great counter attack goal from the whole team ended with a great finish by Austin. Before we then earned our second penalty of the day in which Autsin secured the win.

Overall performance today very impressive. Still parts to work on as a team. Very pleased with the 3 points especially due to the fact we haven't played in a month.
