CF U9 EFA Hunters 26/27 - London Prime

Great performance today, everyone on the pitch today should be proud of their performance.

Defensively - players showed desire to win the ball out of possession and were almost always first to every loose ball. Players went into challenges with no fear and for most of the match positioned themselves very well. After winning the ball players immediately looked to move the ball forward and allowed us to score quick counter attacks often.

Going forward - The first thought for players was always going towards the goal. Players made options and spread out in possession allowing us plenty of options in attack which we took advantage of extremely well. Forward passing was the theme throughout the match, and the areas that we attacked were balanced well between central and wide areas, players weren't afraid to shoot when the opportunity presented itself.

What we can improve from this match - Maintaining good positions during the game went well for most of the game, however once we started to pull ahead, we lost focus and players started getting sucked into whichever area the ball was, this slight lapse in our focus took away some of our control on the game allowed the opposition more chances towards the end of the match.
