Stockton Jnrs U15 vs Solihull Saints U15
U15 Spitfires were on the end of a narrow 4-3 defeat at home this morning to Solihull Saints, ending their unbeaten start to the season.
Stockton started disastrously, giving away 2 early penalties and finding themselves 3-0 within the first 15 minutes.
Once they settled down though, they were by far the better team and fought back to 3-3 with 2 goals from Noah W and a header from Eliot.
Stockton hit 2 off the post and hit the underside of the bar pushing for a winner before a defensive slip allowed Solihull in at the end to sneak the win right at the death.
A really competitive game of football, which hopefully the boys will learn a lot from.
Goals: Noah W x2, Eliot
CPOTM - Jensen for the 2nd week running
PPOTM- Eddie
