U11 Blacks 0–11 Forza

The U11 Blacks faced a very tough Forza side this weekend in what was always going to be a challenging fixture. Forza are a strong team who famously beat our first team last season, so the players knew they were up against a quality opposition.

The scoreline was difficult, but the boys should take plenty of positives from the game. They worked hard throughout, continued to compete and never gave up, even when the result was going against them.

Forza’s quality and experience made it a tough afternoon, but games like this are valuable for the development of our young players. The Blacks will learn from the experience, work on the areas we need to improve and come back stronger.

A big well done to every player for their effort and attitude. The result may not have gone our way, but the boys can be proud that they kept battling until the final whistle.
