U13 Yellows 26/27 - 360 Centre of Development

UFCA U13 Yellows 2 – 3 360
What a thrilling, high-energy match! The scoreline was a tough pill to swallow at the end, but the performance from the boys was fantastic from back to front, making for a brilliant game to watch.

After falling 2–0 behind, the team showed incredible fight and character to dig in, battle back, and level the match at 2–2 going into the final quarter. We created several quality chances to take the lead and secure the win, but the opposition goalkeeper put in a hero's performance between the posts to keep us out.

With the boys pushing hard for the winner late in the game, we unfortunately got caught out on the counter-attack from a long ball over the top that bounced into their path, allowing them to nick the deciding goal.

Despite the final result, the work rate, belief, and quality of football on display were huge positives!

Star Performances:

• ⭐ Tobias: Showed fantastic mental strength to bounce back from a missed penalty earlier in the game, keeping his focus to score the all-important equalizer!

• ⭐ Sam: A absolute rock at the back who read the game brilliantly and stepped in with strong challenges. His forward-thinking play sparked a sweeping team move that led directly to our second goal.

A disappointing scoreline in the end, but a performance the boys should be immensely proud of!
