Boys U10's Thunder - Wellesbourne Wanderers U8’s Hawks

Tough start to 2024 for the boys, against a very good Wellesbourne side. First half was really close and we were unlucky not to get a couple of goals.

Shape was good for the first 20 minutes and we had plenty of tackles flying in, and some good counter attack situations. Player of the match Benjamin was everywhere, putting pressure on the oppostion and trying to drive us forward.

Second half our shape disappeared and Wellesbourne took control of the game, but the boys never stopped running and again were unlucky with a few chances we created.

Good effort and we go again next week!
