U10 UFCA v Coach Carter

The boys were given 2 challenges before kick off:

1 - without the ball can you see the oppositions shirt number (i.e get back behind the ball and get behind our opponents

2 - with the ball can we play forward quickly

For the most part the boys achieved in both challenges. When we were organised behind the ball we defended pretty well and didn't give the opposition simple chances, and with the ball there were enough opportunities there for us to score plenty. In those moments when we didn't quite get things right we were punished, particularly on transition. Add that extra bit of ruthlessness in both boxes and the game would of been a very different story.
